iCar Asia appoints Kjetil Rohde Jakobsen as Chief Information Officer and Natt Ford as Country Manager of iCar Asia Thailand
Kuala Lumpur, 9 October 2019 - iCar Asia Limited, owner of ASEAN’s largest network of automotive websites today announced the appointment of Kjetil Rohde Jakobsen as Chief Information Officer, and Natt Ford as Country Manager of iCar Asia Thailand effective immediately. Kjetil is replacing Pedro Sttau and Natt is replacing Pornladda Dathratwibul, who have both left the business.
Kjetil Rohde Jakobsen brings with him over 20 years of experience in the full spectrum of product and technology. He has held leadership positions in both country and regional roles in various multinational businesses across Asia and Europe, including establishing a leading car vertical in his home country of Norway. He last held the position of Global Director of Expansion at iFlix, South East Asia’s leading startup in the Subscription Video on Demand space, and has been based in Kuala Lumpur since 2014.
Natt Ford is returning to lead iCar Asia in Thailand for the second time, having been a crucial leader of the setup phases of the business from 2013 to 2015. Natt has extensive experience in online marketplace and media businesses having worked on some of the market leading vertical business in automotive and property industries in Thailand. Most recently she has been working for Amarin Printing and Publishing Public Company as the Managing Director – New Media & Events. Leading a team of 150 people, Natt was instrumental in driving the digital media strategy and initiatives of Amarin.
