Tuesday, 23rd February, 2016, iCar Asia Limited, the owner of ASEAN’s largest network of automotive websites including, carlist.my and livelifedrive.com in Malaysia has appointed Ms. Cilia Rasasegram as General Manager of People and Culture. Ms Rasasegram will be responsible for the company wide people and culture strategy including organizational development, employee relations and internal communication.
Ms Rasasegram has an outstanding record of achievement as one of Malaysia’s leading Human Resource leaders with more than 17 years experience, most recently as the Head of People and Culture for Tune Protect where she grew the company from 11 employees to 500 in just over 4 years with the company. Ms Rasasegram holds an MBA degree from Nottingham Trent University.
