The Telesales Executive is responsible to be the key point of contact for our customers and consumers. To serve customer by providing accurate product and service information; resolve customer’s issue and follow up on leads.
The Customer Service Executive (Outbound) role will support outbound calls to potential car buyers and connect them with dealers and private sellers. Identified leads will be re-distributed to selected dealers to sustain and build relationship with dealers.
Drive and energize the team to optimize productivity and performance by closely tracking and monitoring individual Telesales and Customer Service Executive’s activities to ensure set sales targets, key performance indicators and quality objectives are met or exceeded.
Order Management Executive manages account activation, account renewal, credit purchase and analysis for management. This includes end to end customer life cycle management for dealers and private sellers.

The individual is responsible to promote the portal to potential customers and manage the accounts of existing customers.

Responsible in assisting the Head of Department in creating and executing the iCar Media Sales strategy and for the proactive leadership and coaching of a high-performing sales team to deliver outstanding revenue achievements across iCar Asia’s digital portfolio. The job holder will create innovative solutions to generate greater revenue opportunities from clients and agencies and will ensure we consistently over-deliver on client expectations. This means being 100% hands-on and personally servicing certain agencies or clients as required.
To build customer relationships and attracting new customers to use Carlist.my by managing the accounts and territory that has been assigned. To promote Carlist.my to potential customers and enable adaptation. To promote monetize products and upsell upcoming enhancements. To collect customer feedbacks and channel the issues to relevant departments and ensure solutions are provided accordingly.
