iCar Asia Limited, ASEAN’s No.1 network of automotive portals, has announced an addition to their sales team with the appointment of Adam Smurthwaite as its Senior Sales Manager- Media.
Adam, who joined iCar Asia on Jan 2nd 2014, was formerly a Digital Project Manager of Draft FCB where he worked on accounts such as Telekom Malaysia (TM), Nissan, Nivea and Wipro Unza. Prior to that, Adam was the Country Manager of Bookfari, an online book retailer, where he managed the teams for Singapore, Malaysia & Hong Kong.
In his new role, Adam will work alongside General Manager - Media, Nik Weber to further develop the company’s relationships with clients and media agencies, and ensuring that iCar Asia moves towards its goal of being the largest and most trusted automotive portal in ASEAN.
“I am delighted to welcome Adam as we continue to expand the team. Adam’s appointment will add depth to our sales team and he will be an integral part of developing long term, strategic relationships with existing and new clients” said Nik.
