Office Management & Facilities:

This team handles most of our practical office environment issues, along with the reception function.  Our responsibilities include liaising with building services; managing office utilities, contracts and contractors; handling office accommodation and associated refurbishments, equipment and facilities; dealing with house-keeping and Health & Safety matters; plus providing a generalist administrative support service to the business – from looking after intranet Contacts to having business cards printed to handling the preparations for office parties!  Further to all that, managing Reception means acting as the initial point of contact for guests and callers to the Company, delivering a first-class welcome and handling mail/courier services.
