4 November 2013, Monday – Effective 1 November 2013, iCar Asia appoints Fenn Chia (pictured) from The Star Media Group as its new Head of Media Sales.
In her new role, Fenn will work closely with GM of media, Nik Weber to strengthen, drive and lead the media sales team for Malaysia. Heading Malaysia’s largest automotive media assets, Fenn will also be tasked to drive revenue growth through display sales in existing clients and entry into new accounts.
Fenn brings with her extensive experience spanning over 7 years in the media industry with a proven track record of developing multi-channel strategic marketing plans and driving revenue in previous role.
“Fenn’s diligence and understanding of the industry allows her to delve into new opportunities and facilitate key relationships; credentials which we need in a Head of media sales and skills which will allow sales growth. I’m very pleased we have found such a strong leader to take the reins of our Media Sales team in Malaysia.” said Nik Weber.
