Appointment and Resignation of Directors

(‘iCar Asia’ or the ‘Company’), owner of ASEAN's number 1 network of automotive portals, today appointed Mr Khalil Syed Ibrahim as non-executive Director of the Company, while Mr Shaun Di Gregorio resigned as non-executive Director. Mr Di Gregorio was appointed to the Board of iCar Asia in July 2012 and has contributed to the Company through a significant period of growth.  iCar Asia Chairman, Mr Patrick Grove thanked Mr Di Gregorio for his invaluable contribution, sector insight and sound business judgement throughout the past four years. Mr Ibrahim joins the Board with extensive work experience in the automotive industry.  The addition of Mr Ibrahim will increase the independence and automotive industry knowledge of the Board. Mr Ibrahim is currently the Managing Director and controlling shareholder of SISMA Auto (a dealer group representing Jaguar Land Rover in Malaysia). He also is also a Director of Jaguar Land Rover (Malaysia), the sole importer and distributor for Jaguar Land Rover in Malaysia. Khalil’s prior experience includes working at the Boston Consulting Group in both their Sydney and New York offices.
