Group HR Manager (Regional)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, including Recruitment & Selection, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relations, Training & Development as well as Employee Relations;
  • Experince in setting up new HR Division;
  • Develop HR strategies and solutions to help Attract, Develop, Engage, Excite & Retain the Best Talents;
  • Plan and implement staff training for employees’ career growth;
  • Responsible for general administration tasks as and when required;
  • Be a pivotal member of the executive leadership team;
  • Undertake other assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience in creating and executing HR strategy, strong experience in proactive recruitment strategies, ideally from a media, advertising, online background.
  • Must have regional experience, preferably in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand & Singapore.
  • Highly committed and able to work independently in fast pace environment;
  • Possess sound knowledge of laws and regulations in Employment Act and current HR practices;
  • Analytical with excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills;
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English; and
  • Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
